AIS launch Micro SIM (for iPad users)

AIS today issued a press release launching its new Micro "Net" SIM. Obviously it is aimed at the one and only Micro SIM device available on the (grey) market today, the Apple iPad. Press photos included the iPad too. Question is, does that mean that come next month with the global launch, will AIS be the official iPad carrier? Or are they just doing some ambush marketing?

SIMs are available in both prepaid and postpaid on all data plans such as the new 650 Baht unlimited plan or a new 150 Baht plan with 500 MB of 3G and 50 MB of EDGE / GPRS.

Now if only AIS expanded their 3G coverage, that might be a good plan to take out.
